White bean soup

Ingredients:
– 1 lb small white beans
– 8 c. water
– 1 c. onion, diced
– 1 c. celery, chopped
– 2 tb parsley, chopped
– 1 ts salt
– 1/4 ts pepper
– 1 bay leaf

Directions:
1. Assemble ingredients in Slow Cooker.
2. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or until beans are tender.
